Preferred: Instructional classroom experience utilizing a standard curriculum.
Preferred: 3 years training, facilitation experience or related degree
If no formal instructional experience/education, subject matter expertise will be considered
Ability to work independently and problem-solve unexpected barriers with minimal
supervision.
Ability to promote teamwork by working with other staff members to achieve established
goals.
Oral and written communication skills so that ideas are expressed clearly and effectively and
written documents are both comprehensive and logical.
Ability to provide positive feedback as well as address concerns with trainees as appropriate.
Ability to develop specialized knowledge of the DWD UI programs
Ability to multitask, organize files, build working relationships with trainees and UI staff
Demonstrated strong computer skills, and ability to quickly master new technology and
incorporate it into work routines
Ability to translate complex problems and concepts in training
