Provides administrative support and project coordination to Vocational Rehabilitation including increased efficiency with building and equipment coordination.
Role of Program Coordinator
• Provides program coordination for projects and initiatives led by BRS executives.
• Reviews organizational structure and functions and prepares changes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepares special reports on alternative methods of achieving new program responsibilities or efficiencies
• Follows-up on partner agency agreements to ensure progress and accomplishments
• Keep records of equipment tracking as well as any building related concerns.
• Performs related duties as required
Requirements
• High School Diploma and at least three years of experience as an administrative assistant or role similar
to project coordinator; Associates degree preferred.
• Knowledge of State Government structures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Self-starter who can work independently
