The Administrator will assist the department by performing any combination of entrylevel clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures. Answer phones as front desk in a professional manner. Familiarize self with products/services MAXIMUS provides for accurate transferring. Greets guests and visitors, ask for proper ID, ensuring each visitor has badge and signs in at guest log book. Adheres to security policy for guests and visitors entering the building. Updates all sign in/sign out logs at front desk. Assist as backup when needed in mailroom. Assists other business units/departments on special projects as requested.
