Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer/IntermediateAPPLY FOR JOB

SkillDemand is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a contract-to-hire assignment with an Indianapolis based company. Customer Service is paramount in this role and the ability to read and explain XML formatted files to customers who need help submitting them when using our bulk filing method is important. There is less emphasis on being able to program or write code.

• Excellent knowledge of XML
• Some knowledge of DOS scripts.
• Ability to utilize Windows operating systems.
• Has experience working with relational databases.
• Ability to work in team unit or independently.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent people, interpersonal communication, and relational skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Must exhibit sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility.
• Must be detail-oriented.

Work Schedule is 8:30am - 4:30pm M-F. There is NO flexibility on this shift

Onsite interview is REQUIRED.
