Clerical AssistantAPPLY FOR JOB

Position Summary

The clerical assistant reports to the Assistant Director and Board Director of the assigned workgroup. The position is responsible for scanning licensee or litigation files, data entry, assisting with licensure process, and other basic operational duties.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Files applicant/licensee records, as well as scan and index documentation.

2. Establishes and manages files, including electronic files.

3. Organizes and prioritizes heavy workload in a manner that enables the agency to meet stringent federal, state and agency standards.

4. Must have ability to conduct multiple processes as part of a greater customer transaction, including application review, and determination of correct documents in file.

5. Assists in the processing of agency incoming mail.

6. Any other duties delegated by Board Director, Assistant Director or Agency that would be necessary for daily operations.
