Business Analyst/IntermediateAPPLY FOR JOB

Position Description
The support analyst will be responsible for providing Tier 2 daily support through maintenance activities and break/fix resolution for our Franciscan coworkers for services with Home Health and Hospice applications in Epic. The analyst understands the application module, along with the business and process for these departments. They will work closely with the IS Application Support and IS Home Care teams to collaborate to address end user skills gaps and assist in issue resolution. Maintains knowledge material and shares in collaboration with support resources. Supports Epic release implementations and provides expertise in the functionality and configuration for Home Health and Hospice applications. Provides expertise in the respective clinical discipline to serve as a conduit between Information Services and the clinical end user. Manages and maintains Support Center intake through standard process for triage and resolution.
