RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide age appropriate, approved, standardized presentations to youth between the ages of 8 and 18 specifically designed in the areas of: * Online child sexual solicitation, o Online child sexual extortion (sextortion), o Online production of child pornography, o Online bullying (cyberbullying) mitigation and coping strategies; and' * Online radicalization mitigation (radicalization referring to the recruitment of youth by terrorist organizations) * Work within the current structure of the existing Indiana Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Identify existing victims and facilitate referral for provision of services to existing victims. Coordinate disclosures of victimization by presentation attendees * Prepare any additional geographic or demographic material relevant to the appropriate age group during presentations. * Contact prospective youth groups and schedule presentations to ensure all assigned counties and/or youth have access to the presentation. * Maintenance and upkeep of all assigned equipment. * Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required. * Set up and maintain general files. * Create necessary forms utilizing the computer. * Type and forward correspondence, memorandums, agendas and presentation notes as required. * Establish and maintain various computer files. * Accurately maintain and present mileage logs and presentation statistical data as requested. Operate various office and technical equipment including LCD projector, air card, advanced cellular phone, and a laptop computer. * Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of the various social media formats and vessels. * Perform routine maintenance of office equipment including backing up and purging computer files, * Compile, record, tabulate and file monthly reports as required. * Receive and disseminate information to the general public and news media as directed. * Properly handle confidential information, correspondence and other documents. * Assist in researching information for special reports. * Perform other duties as required. * Must submit to a background investigation including but not limited to submitting fingerprints and/or signing releases for information. * Must have prior experience and demonstrated competence in presenting to children between the ages of 8 and 18. * Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of various types of online social media platforms. * Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when confronted with potential disclosures from presentations. * Must have an understanding and working knowledge of the roles and resources available for victim services and investigative avenues. * Must be able to adapt to a variety of age and education levels depending on the audience of the presentation. * Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases and specialized software, * Must be able to access, input and retrieve information utilizing a computer. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Must be able to work with minimal supervision, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
