The Evaluator I is responsible for evaluating transcripts and other evidence of prior learning for application toward graduation requirements, and customer service support for internal stakeholders and student-facing departments.
Like every employee in the Office of the Registrar, this position is expected to perform his/her tasks with the highest levels of integrity, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate transcripts and other prior learning for application of credit to the degree plan
Interpret and apply articulation agreements and similar policies to individual situations
Participate in the creation of prior learning course equivalencies in order to support University systems.
Complete workflow transactions, exercising limited independent judgment in the completion of these tasks.
Provide customer service activities related to these tasks.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
Experience in an administrative position or office environment preferred.
Intermediate Windows/Office required. CVue, SRM, other university systems preferred.
Ability to learn proprietary systems, adapt to changes/updates in systems and processes.
Extreme accuracy and ability to thoughtfully apply rules to unusual situations
Comfort with change, positive demeanor
Ability to work with discretion and complete confidentiality as this position involves constant contact with sensitive personnel records.
