Responsibility:

• The supervisor indicates purpose and desired results of the work. The supervisor and or working lead provides technical instructions on procedures.
• Unusual problems or deviations from guidelines must be discussed with the supervisor and or working lead. Work requires many choices and decisions on non-standardized and varied problems.
• Incumbent follows general work instructions and uses judgment in selecting applicable laws and policies.

• All work is reviewed and spot checked by the supervisor or working lead for adherence to instructions and soundness of judgment.
• Errors may cause significant inconveniences and financial loss to the State of Indiana and the Taxpayer.
