Data Entry SpecialistAPPLY FOR JOB

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Accurately verify and merge electronic data into a single record based on merge criteria
• Perform online research to ensure accuracy of data before merging records
• Communicate merge issues or errors to Business Analysts
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ customer service, data entry, or administrative assistant experience
• High School Diploma, some college preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to self-manage and complete tasks accurately
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good command of English; ability to communicate effectively
• Familiarity with Indiana Counties
• Maintain confidentiality
• Evenings and weekends required:
• Weekdays: 4PM–8PM and alternating weekends: 8:15AM – 10:15AM and 5:15PM– 7:15PM
