Job Requirements
• Practical knowledge of office organization and accepted clerical procedures;
• Strong customer service skills;
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer procedures;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to respond to correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation;
• Ability to work independently in solving problems and ensuring compliance with regulations;
• Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality
• Provides administrative support to the HR department including digital and paper filing.
• Process all outgoing mail for home office, daily.
• Handling sensitive and confidential materials and matters, while adhering to compliance procedures and
• Assist with mailing of letters and information to employees.
• Assists with special projects as needed.
• Learn additional HR Administrative Support tasks to help provide backup service to the HR Shared Services
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one year of HR related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred.
